周成林，1954 年出生于江苏阜宁，1972 年入伍，1998 年退休，上校军衔。福布斯中国品牌文化代表人物。潜心研究并积极探索践行中华传统书画艺术，风格明显，见解独到，形成了自己独特的艺术理论与风格。荣获2019中国书法研究“终身成就奖”，“特殊贡献奖”！其作品被《中国现代艺术博物馆，《故宫博物院》收录，代表作“寿桃”存列于中国国家博物馆！

现为中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长，晓云临池艺术创作《北京》工作室中央级专家！"中传美术家，"国际馆藏艺术家，国际文艺代表，“优秀文艺工作者”，“丝路文化使者”，“大国艺术传世名家”，“国际艺术形象大使” 等称号。

2024 年，先后被外事工作委员会办公室授予 “大国外交文艺使者”，“中国文化艺术国际代表”，“国际文化榜样” ，"国际艺术外交纽带使者"，受邀参加“国际艺术双年展"，2025"国际艺术新丰碑”。中法建交 70 周年，被国研党史文献研究院、国委对外宣传办公室授予 “毕加索国际艺术功勋人物代表”，2025法国巴黎卢浮宫"和光：当代艺术展”。“十馆相传"国际馆藏文化”外交官”，“国臻艺术大家”，“联合金砖艺术大使” 等称号；同年被对外联络部授予 “外联杰出贡献专家”；“2025文化传承掌舵者”，国台办第十六届海峡两岸文化交流顾问，中艺名师对话授予“赤心艺魂，两岸同辉”，中俄建交 75 周年授予的 “中俄文化专员” 称号。2024 年 10 月，经中华人民共和国人力资源保障部评审颁发高等专业人才职业技能中心鉴定 “正高级” 艺术创作证书，荣获"中轴精神文华奖”。2025年12 月被两会专题文化艺术委员会、国研党史和文献研究院授予 “当代艺术工程院士” ，2026年“百年巨匠”荣誉称号。

2025 年 3 月，被人民代表艺术委员会授予"全国人民艺术代表"，5 月，特聘为故宫文化创意研究发展中心紫禁城百年匠心传承文化活动委员会 “艺术专家顾问”；成功举办"紫禁艺脉特展”。7 月，受聘全球文明互鉴合作研究第一届理事会理事。2025年12月，被国委对外宣传办公室任命为"外宣文艺主任”！

Zhou Chenglin

Born in Funing, Jiangsu Province in 1954, Zhou Chenglin enlisted in the army in 1972 and retired in 1998 with the military rank of Colonel. He is a Representative Figure for Brand?Culture under Forbes China.

Devoted to researching, exploring and practicing traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy, he has formed distinctive artistic perspectives and developed his unique artistic theories and personal style. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award and Special Contribution Award for Chinese Calligraphy Research in 2019. His artworks have been collected by the Museum of Modern Chinese Art and the Palace Museum. His representative work Peaches of Longevity is permanently housed in the National Museum of China.

He currently holds multiple titles: Honorary Curator of China International Art Museum, Central?level Expert at the Xiaoyun Linchi Art Creation Studio (Beijing), Communicated Artist of China Media, Internationally?Collected Artist, Representative of International Literature and Art, Outstanding Literary?Art Worker, Silk?Road Cultural Envoy, Master of Art with Inherited National Prestige, and Ambassador for International Art Image.

In 2024, he was conferred titles including Cultural?Art Envoy for Major?Country Diplomacy, International Representative of Chinese Culture and Art, Role Model of International Culture, and Envoy for International Art?Diplomatic Bonds by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Work Commission. He was invited to the International Art Biennale and the 2025 New Monument of International Art. For the 70th anniversary of China?France diplomatic relations, he was honored as Representative of Picasso International Art Merit Figure by the Institute of Party?History and Literature Studies and the International Publicity Office. He took part in the 2025 Harmonious Light: Contemporary Art Exhibition held at the Louvre in Paris, France. He also received such honors as Cultural Diplomat of the Ten?Museum Inheritance International Collection Culture, Distinguished Master of National?Prestige Art, and BRICS Joint Art Ambassador. In the same year, he was awarded Outstanding Contribution Expert for External Liaison by the External Liaison Department, Helmsman of Cultural Inheritance 2025, and appointed Cultural Exchange Consultant for the 16th Cross?Strait Cultural Exchange by the Taiwan Affairs Office. He received the honor of Devoted?Heart Art Soul, Radiance Across the Two Sides of the Taiwan Strait from the China Art Masters Dialogue, as well as the title of China?Russia Cultural Commissioner for the 75th anniversary of China?Russia diplomatic relations.

In October 2024, he obtained the professional?skill certificate for Senior?Level Art Creation appraised and issued by the National Center for Higher?Level Professional Talent Evaluation under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China, and won the Central?Axis Spirit Cultural Award. In December 2025, he was named Contemporary Art Academic Academician by the Special?Topic Culture?Art Committee of the Two Sessions and the Institute of Party?History and Literature Studies. In 2026, he received the honorary title of Centennial Master.

In March 2025, he was awarded National People’s Art Representative by the People’s Representative Art Committee. In May, he was specially appointed as Art Expert Advisor to the Committee for the Centennial Ingenuity Inheritance of the Forbidden?City Cultural and Creative R&D Center, and successfully held the special exhibition Art Veins of the Forbidden City. In July, he was engaged as a council member of the First Council for Global Civilization Mutual?Learning and Cooperation Research. In December 2025, he was appointed Director of External?Publicity Literature and Art by the International Publicity Office.
